Strong Showing at Dragon Boat Races

The Rotary Club fielded an impressive team on Saturday, participating in events across the board.  Great fun was had by all.  A great slideshow is here.

 

Leveraging some tips from Saturday, the College Park High School team had a great showing.  The kiddos won "best tent" and came very close to also winning "best spirit" (apparently they can't win both because it is unfair to the other groups). They got second place in the obstacle course for the day, and all because they used the same strategies the Rotary Club used the day before! The 5 soccer balls in the pool threw off their timing.
