DESCRIPTION:The Rotary Club of The Woodlands is celebrating our 20 year Ann
 iversary with The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce at 48th Annual Chairman’
 s Ball on August 15\, 2026 Attention Red Badgers (and all creative club me
 mbers)   Our Rotary Club has been invited to be a Table Top Decorator!  
 That's a terrific honor!    About 6-9 volunteers should plan to arrive b
 y 9am at the Marriott and decorate the Rotary Table for the attendees of t
 he Chairman's Ball that evening.    The theme will be celebrating the 20
  Years of the Rotary Club of The Woodlands membership with the Chamber.  
   Volunteers will need to get together in advance to help formulate the t
 able scape\, procure decorations\, etc.   SPECIAL NOTE: everything on the
  table is fair game for guests to take...so we will be sure and volunteers
  are encouraged not to donate anything for the table they want back!
