The weather's changing…

As you're dusting off the sweaters, gloves, coats, hats, boots, etc. please don't forget the students who could really use the gently worn men's or women's clothing items that you are no longer intending to wear. Matthew Stamford & his team will be gathering the items. If you are unable to attend the October 15th meeting you can reach our to Matthew OR drop off the items at the Maverick Care Center at Lone Star College, Building C, 2nd Floor.

IMPORTANT: Did you know that many of the students have young children? Gently worn children's items are also accepted.

The Veterans Day program in Thursday, November 5, 2026. All club members are encouraged to sign up so they can be recognized. IMPORTANT: The Deadline to sign up is October 16, 2026. That way proper planning with regard to food, seating, etc. can be established. A picture is also requested. Reach out to Bill Malone for questions.
