At our upcoming Rotary After Hours Guest Speaker Meeting, we welcome two distinguished speakers from United Against Human Trafficking: Taylor Woodruff and Yvette Oldacre.
Taylor Woodruff serves as the Prevention and Outreach Manager, bringing a global and local perspective to the fight against human trafficking. After earning his degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State, Taylor worked in investigations with International Justice Mission in Kolkata, India. A native Houstonian, he returned home to apply his experience to community engagement, hotline management, and youth outreach in Port Houston. His work centers on mobilizing strategic responses and empowering marginalized communities.
Yvette Oldacre is a seasoned executive with over 30 years at ExxonMobil, where she has led global initiatives in engineering, safety, and commercial strategy. She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Executive Leadership, and is deeply committed to mentoring, education, and inclusion. As a board member of United Against Human Trafficking, Yvette brings both corporate insight and personal passion to the cause. She is also a certified coach, author, and founder of The Whole You Worldwide and Transitions…Time to Pivot, supporting individuals through life’s pivotal moments.
Together, Taylor and Yvette offer a compelling lens into the realities of trafficking and the power of community-driven solutions. Join us for an inspiring and informative conversation.
The Rotary Club of The Woodland would like to extend a special thank you to The Tournament Course for hosting this evening's event. Rotary After Hours relies on community support for meeting locations. Some locations require a minimum spend of $400 to $900 to use their space. Our meeting budget is $150 for appetizers and gratuity. We deeply appreciate businesses that waive their minimum spend requirements, allowing us to use their space. We encourage our attendees to support these businesses during our meetings and in their daily lives.
Rotary After Hours of The Woodlands meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at various locations within The Woodlands. Guests are always welcome, and it is an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who believe in ‘Service Above Self.
