Time Capsule Burial 2025

Over June 24 - 25, the Rotary Club of The Woodlands buried its time capsule at Tough Elementary. It includes messages to the future, books, memorabilia, toys, tech, and scholarship certificates. Special thanks to Tough Elementary, our generous scholarship donors, content contributors, and suppliers. A custom capsule was planned, but water leakage led to our final solution: two vacuum-sealed plastic buckets—now fondly known as our “Time Buckets.” This capsule preserves our spirit of service, fellowship, and community for future Rotarians to discover.
